Following your Relationship Assessment, I now invite you to begin a focused individual process consisting of three structured sessions.
Together, we will explore the emotional, relational and family patterns that shape the way you connect with your partner.
The goal is to identify the automatic reactions and recurring patterns that keep repeating in your relationship, so you can develop healthier emotional responses and create more constructive ways of relating.

STEP 3
Relationship Review Session
Turning individual change into relationship change.
Once your individual process has begun to create meaningful change, a couples session can be scheduled approximately two months later.
This session allows us to observe how the new relationship dynamics are taking shape, consolidate the progress you've made as a couple, and identify any final adjustments that may still be helpful.
