To preserve the depth and precision of the work,
I deliberately limit the number of clients I accompany at the same time.

Before moving into this work, I spent nearly twenty years within the European institutional environment in Brussels.
I am familiar with its power dynamics, political complexity, and the silent pressure that often accompanies positions of responsibility.
In such environments, the capacity to assume and stabilise one’s authority is decisive.
I have also observed how much of the real work in these institutions happens through coordination and informal relational dynamics.
My work focuses on the mechanisms activated under pressure, the invisible relational dynamics, and the identity patterns that shape professional posture.
I do not work on skill optimisation.
I work on the structure from which you exercise your position.
