Over the years, I became increasingly interested in what coordination roles absorb inside complex institutional systems:
tensions, contradictions, decision pressures and invisible expectations.
These conversations are designed as a small professional space to explore those dynamics more openly and more precisely than what is usually possible inside institutional environments themselves.
___
I facilitate them from a systemic and strategic perspective informed by my experience in European institutional environments and my work on coordination dynamics in complex systems.
