1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the subscription, payment and delivery of the ESSENTIELLE | Essential Authority programme offered by Johanna Touzel, systemic practitioner.

2. Programme description

ESSENTIELLE | Essential Authority is a strategic, relational and personal advisory programme designed to support participants in stabilising their authority and structuring their professional positioning.

3. Order and access

Registration is completed through an online form and becomes effective upon receipt of payment.

The programme begins once the opening session has been scheduled by mutual agreement.

4. Pricing and payment terms

The price of the programme is indicated in euros and includes all applicable taxes.

Payment may be made in full or according to the instalment plan offered at checkout.

All registrations become final once payment has been confirmed.

No refunds will be issued after the first session has taken place.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered due.

In the event of force majeure or justified circumstances, an alternative arrangement may be proposed.

6. Commitments

Johanna Touzel commits to providing a confidential, respectful and professional framework for the programme.

Participants commit to engaging actively in the process and respecting the agreed schedule.

7. Limitation of liability

The ESSENTIELLE | Essential Authority programme does not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

It is part of a personal and professional development process.

Johanna Touzel cannot be held responsible for the absence of specific results or for the way the programme content is applied by participants.

8. Intellectual property

All materials, tools and documents provided within the programme remain the exclusive property of Johanna Touzel.

They may not be reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written permission.

9. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
